Delivery of orders in Ukraine

The delivery time of your parcel by Nova Poshta to the destination is usually 1-2 days. If you place an order before 13:00 on a business day, we transfer the parcel to Nova Poshta on the same day in Kyiv. If you order on the weekend, your order will be sent on the next business day. An SMS message with the invoice number will be sent on the day.

The buyer pays for the delivery according to the carrier's tariffs.

Please note! When delivering to the warehouse of the transport company, the order is stored at the pick-up point for no more than 5 business days, after which it is returned! Orders with delivery via Nova Poshta are accepted according to the carrier's work schedule. You can find the Nova Poshta work schedule on the company's official website. You can also track your order using a special service on the company's website.

Products that require a temperature regime are delivered with a frozen refrigerant, which provides the necessary temperature conditions during transportation.

International delivery

We deliver in thermo boxes with refrigerant worldwide, except for those countries where there are official by-cosmeticsrepresentative offices.
